Restaurant Services and Reservations

Reservations

Reservations can be made via phone or email. We recommend booking in advance, especially for groups and weekend dining, to ensure we can offer you the best possible table.

Gaming Floor Terms

Access and Age

The gaming floor is a real, land-based casino within the venue. Access is restricted to persons aged 20 years or older, in accordance with New Zealand law. This age requirement is strictly enforced for the safety and compliance of all guests.

  • Valid photo ID may be required for entry, including a New Zealand driver licence, passport, or Kiwi Access card.
  • The gaming floor operates during later evening hours. Please check our Evening Experience page for current opening times.
  • We promote responsible gambling and provide information on support services. Please speak with our staff if you would like assistance or self-exclusion options.

Conduct

Guests must behave respectfully and follow staff instructions while on the gaming floor. Our team is trained to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

  • Cheating or attempting to manipulate games is prohibited and will result in immediate removal and potential legal action.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests who violate these terms or behave in a threatening or disruptive manner.
  • No photography or recording is allowed on the gaming floor without prior permission from management.
